When the weather gets hot, I love a nice cool salad. They’re easy to throw together with whatever fresh veggies you have on hand. Caesars have always been a favorite of mine. Greens, a protein, and dressing are all you really need. This recipe may look odd- but I promise it all comes together wonderfully! Trust me! It is super delicious and tastes just like the real deal. It’s cheesy and creamy and goes great on a big bowl of kale topped with crispy chickpeas and almond parmesan! Try it on romaine with croutons for a more traditional salad- a perfect party pleaser!

Ingredients:
½ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Roasted Garlic
1 tbsp Pickle Juice
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp White Vinegar
½ tsp Pepper
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar.
- Use on salads, in wraps, or as a dip!
