Does anyone else forget how easy it is to make hummus? It always sounds like so much work, but realistically it takes only 5 minutes! I like to cook a bag of chickpeas and make a few different flavors at once. My personal favorite is the lemon spinach hummus. It’s perfect on a sandwich or with sweet potato chips! Try the spicy red pepper hummus on a toasted bagel for breakfast or test out a new flavor using the garlic hummus recipe as a base!
